التطبيق الذي يقدّم لكم كل ما تحتاجونه من معلومات حول حالات الوفاة في الأردن.

يهدف التطبيق إلى مساعدة المجتمع على التواصل والتعزية في أوقات الفقدان، من خلال عرض أسماء المتوفين يومياً مع تفاصيل الصلاة، الدفن، ومواعيد العزاء، لتكونوا بجانب أحبتكم وتقدموا لهم المواساة والدعم.

مزايا التطبيق:

• تفاصيل كاملة عن النعي (اسم المتوفى، المقربين، مكان الصلاة والدفن، ومواعيد العزاء).

• الوصول إلى المواقع عبر خرائط جوجل.

• تذكير بمواعيد الصلاة والدفن والعزاء.

• متابعة أسماء العائلات المهتمة لتصلكم إشعارات بأسماء المتوفين منها.

• الاطلاع على تفاصيل العزاء لثلاثة أيام ماضية.

• مشاركة النعي والتعازي وشكر العزاء مجاناً داخل التطبيق.

• خدمات مدفوعة لنشر إعلانات النعي في الصحف المحلية وترتيبات خاصة للعزاء.

يخدم التطبيق الجالية الأردنية داخل الأردن وخارجها، ليكون جسراً للتواصل والدعم في أصعب اللحظات.

ملاحظات مهمة:

• التطبيق يغطي الوفيات داخل الأردن فقط حالياً.

• بعض الخدمات مجانية وبعضها مدفوعة.

مسؤولياتكم:

باستخدامكم التطبيق، توافقون على احترام الآخرين والتعاون معنا بالإبلاغ عن أي استخدام خاطئ أو محتوى غير لائق للحفاظ على بيئة محترمة وداعمة للجميع.

حقوق الملكية الفكرية | Intellectual Property Rights

1. جميع حقوق الطبع والنشر، العلامات التجارية، وبراءات الاختراع المتعلقة بالتطبيق ومحتواه مملوكة للشركة الأردنية المتحدة للصحافة / صحيفة الغد أو مرخصة لها.

2. لا يجوز استخدام أي جزء من التطبيق أو محتواه دون إذن خطي مسبق من الشركة.

3. المستخدم ملتزم باستخدام التطبيق فقط حسب الشروط ولا يحق له تعديل أو إزالة أي حقوق ملكية فكرية أو إشعارات حقوق النشر.

4. العلامات التجارية والشعارات محمية ولا يجوز استخدامها دون موافقة الشركة.

الدفع

يمكنك الدفع باستخدام بطاقات الائتمان (فيزا، ماستركارد، أمريكان إكسبرس)، أو خدمة الدفع الإلكتروني (إي – فواتيركم)، أو بالدفع المباشر لمندوب الشركة.

بعد إتمام الدفع، ستتلقى رسالة تأكيد عبر التطبيق.

ملاحظة: تكرار العملية قد يؤدي إلى ظهور مدفوعات مكررة في كشف حساب البطاقة.

سياسة الخصوصية

هذا التطبيق يوفر كل ما تحتاج معرفته عن حالات الوفاة، من الاسم، مكان وموعد الصلاة والدفن والعزاء.

يهدف التطبيق إلى التواصل مع الآخرين ومواساتهم عند فقدان أحد المقربين، من خلال نشر معظم أسماء الوفيات بشكل يومي، مع شمولية تامة لكل التفاصيل والخدمات المتعلقة بالعزاء.

ما هي المعلومات التي نقوم بجمعها؟

أثناء استخدامك لتطبيق وفيات، نطلب منك تقديم بعض المعلومات مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، العنوان، وغيرها عند إنشاء حساب.

إذا سجلت الدخول عبر طرف ثالث مثل فيسبوك، نحصل على معلومات من خلال أداة تسجيل الدخول الخاصة به.

نحن أيضاً نجمع معلومات حول استخدامك للتطبيق مثل عنوان الـ IP، نوع المتصفح، نظام التشغيل، نوع الجهاز، الموقع، والصفحات التي تزورها والروابط التي تنقر عليها.

هذه المعلومات تُخزن مع بيانات حسابك لتقديم تجربة أفضل. قد يقوم شركاؤنا بجمع أو مشاركة معلومات إضافية معنا.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك؟

نستخدم معلوماتك من أجل:

1. تقديم وتحسين خدمة تطبيق وفيات.

2. معالجة الدفع والتكاليف عبر شركائنا.

مجمل الاتفاقية وإمكانية الفصل

تشكل هذه الشروط الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبين التطبيق. إذا حكم أي بند بأنه غير صالح قانونياً، يُطبق الحد الأدنى الممكن ويستمر باقي البنود بالسريان.

الكوكيز

سياسة استرداد الرسوم

نحن نحرص على رضا العملاء. في حال وجود مشكلة في الخدمة، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام مع توضيح السبب وإرفاق المستندات المطلوبة.

نقبل طلبات الاسترداد في الحالات التالية فقط:

1. اختلاف الإعلان المنشور عن المطلوب خلال يومين من الشراء مع إمكانية إعادة النشر مجانًا.

2. عدم مطابقة الخدمة المستلمة لمتطلبات الطلب خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام.

يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 10-45 يوم عمل.

لن تُعتمد طلبات الشراء غير المدفوعة مسبقًا.

This service mainly serves the Jordanian community worldwide, helping them stay informed and connected with families and friends.

Please note:

• The app currently covers deaths within Jordan only.

• Some features are free; others require payment.

Payment

You can pay via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), electronic payment service (E-Fawateercom), or direct payment to the company’s representative.

After payment, you will receive a confirmation message through the app.

Note: Multiple submissions may cause duplicate charges on your card statement.

2. Service received does not meet the requested specifications within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10-45 business days.

Unpaid orders will not be accepted.
